There’s no specific duration cap for your program. We work together initially for a minimum of 3 months to allow the new concepts and principles to take effect and then it moves to a rolling monthly system. You can exit the programming when you feel it is the right time. We don’t do cookie cutter 4-6 week plans.

There’s a few ways you can set up payment to suit and investment is subjective to your duration on the program however it is circa £35-£45 per week. 

All programming is completely tailored so it will only include foods you enjoy and will certainly exclude foods that you don’t.

Not necessarily. I’ve helped a lot of men and women who either simply don’t like the gym or literally cannot find the time to train in the past. It’s simply a case of setting up time sensitive, home based workouts that still delivers the intensity required to trigger physiological adaptation. 

The reality is, it’s likely you’ll struggle in spells during the program. If you didn’t, I’d be concerned and you’d make no progress! The plan will deliver the right amount of challenge however you will also receive my full support throughout. All of our clients thrive with the right balance of both & our accountability systems seriously help keep you on track. 

There is no blanket statement for this question unfortunately and there is no right or wrong frequency. We’ll create you a training split that works for you & fits in with your lifestyle.
